Payment & Refund
· Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
· Mini sessions(10min): Non-refundable full price payment is required
· Balance: Remaining balance & add-ons are due at the studio
Studio Policies
· Late arrival: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Late arrival will result in reduced session time.
· Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed.
· Backdrop change: Available for $15 (Request at least 3 days in advance).
· Please book at least 3 hours prior to your preferred time.
Digital Files (Effective Feb 1st, 2026)
· What's included (Free):
- Retouched Files: High-res edited versions of your selected photos.
- The First 20 Photos: You will receive the first 20 photos taken during the session. (Note: These are pre-determined by order and cannot be selected.)
· All files add-on ($20):
- Get ALL the remaining original photos from your session.
- Download link expires in 1 week. (Re-uploading fee: $20)

10-min mini sessions available for those who prefer a quick, shorter session! You can choose one or multiple 10-min sessions by booking different rooms. **Only available during the weekdays. **

Private Session: Experience the ultimate private photo studio session. Book 30 or 60 minutes and enjoy exclusive access to three rooms and the waiting area. Perfect for birthdays and special events. Bring your group and capture moments together. All three rooms can be occupied at the same time!
